The 2024-25 Athletic Registration is now open online at

Please note a new physical examination form (attached) is required dated after May 1, 2024 for the upcoming school year 2024-25. Fall sports begins as early as August 1st, so make sure to submit your registration for the Fall by July 29th.

Yorktown plans to offer physical examinations on-site in early June through our athletic training department. Stay tuned for details.

*Note: If you participated in any sport this past year the current physical exam is good until June 30, 2024, after July 1st you must complete the 2024-25 Athletic Registration to participate in preseason activities such as Green Days and tryouts starting in the Fall.
